Before ordering

The purchase tab shows the delivery estimate, shipping cost and total for your address and selected seller. Confirm the bottle size, pack count and expression before completing checkout.

When the package arrives

Check the number of bottles, their labels and the seals. If a bottle has leaked or broken, keep the order details and photographs of the packaging available when reporting the problem.

Returns, refunds and replacements

Open the item in the order history of the account used at checkout. The available options depend on that order. Ingestible products may have different return restrictions from other purchases, including remedies for damaged or incorrect items.
